Гастроэнтерит – часто встречающаяся патология у собак, нередко осложняемая болевым синдромом, характеризующаяся развитием интоксикации, дегидратации, гемоконцентрации, развитием воспалительной реакции в виде нейтрофильного лейкоцитоза с простым сдвигом влево. Несмотря на то, что ветеринарные врачи отмечают все большее распространение заболевания, особенности клинического проявления болевого синдрома при остром гастроэнтерите исследованы недостаточно. Поэтому цель работы – дать клиническую характеристику при остром гастроэнтерите собак в зависимости от наличия и степени выраженности болевого синдрома.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследовали 31 собаку с острым гастроэнтеритом, животных разделили на 2 подгруппы: первая (n=14) – животные, больные острым гастроэнтеритом без осложнения болевым синдромом; вторая (n=17) – животные с острым гастроэнтеритом, осложненным болевым синдромом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. У собак с острым гастроэнтеритом отмечали угнетение или беспокойство, рвоту, диарею, субфебрильное повышение температуры тела, болезненность брюшной стенки при пальпации, снижение тургора кожи, умеренную тахикардию и тахипноэ. Анализируя клинико-анамнестические данные, установили, что 65 % животных перед проявлением симптомов болезни употребляли недоброкачественный или грубый корм (кости). В 35 % случаев не удалось установить причину возникновения острого гастроэнтерита. Обсеменение и усиленный рост условно-патогенных микроорганизмов в желудочно-кишечном тракте обусловливают развитие интоксикационного, дегидратационного и системного воспалительного синдрома. Алиментарный гастроэнтерит у 54,8 % больных собак осложняется острым болевым синдромом, который является предиктором степени тяжести течения болезни.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. У собак, больных острым гастроэнтеритом, осложненным болевым синдромом, развивается выраженная тахикардия и тахипноэ, в крови значительно повышается количество эритроцитов, лейкоцитов, палочкоядерных и сегментоядерных нейтрофилов, скорость оседания эритроцитов, гематокрит. Перспектива дальнейших исследований – разработка и клиническая апробация методик мультимодальной аналгезии у животных при воспалительных заболеваниях желудочно-кишечного тракта.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Gastroenteritis is a widespread canine pathology often complicated with the pain syndrome and characterized by development of intoxication, dehydration, haemoconcentration and such inflammatory reaction as the neutrophilic left shift leukocytosis. The aim of the work is to provide a clinical description of the canine acute gastroenteritis dependingon the pain syndrome presence and severity degree.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. 31 dogs sick with acute gastroenteritis were studied, they were divided into 2 subgroups: the first (n=14) – animals with the acute gastroenteritis not complicated with the pain syndrome; the second (n=17) – animals with the acute gastroenteritis complicated with the pain syndrome.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In dogs with acute gastroenteritis, the depression or anxiety, vomiting, diarrhea, subfebrile fever, abdominal wall tenderness on palpation, decreased skin turgor, moderate tachycardia and tachypnea were observed. When analyzing the clinical and anamnestic data, it was found that before the symptoms emerged, 65% of the animals had consumed the poor-quality or rough feed (bones). In 35% of cases, the reason of acute gastroenteritis could not be detected. Contamination and increased growth of opportunistic pathogens in the gastrointestinal tract cause the development of intoxication, dehydration and systemic inflammatory syndrome. Alimentary gastroenteritis in 54.8% of sick dogs is complicated with the acute pain syndrome, which is a predictor of the disease severity degree.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusions. In dogs with acute gastroenteritis complicated with the pain syndrome, the severe tachycardia and tachypnea get developed, the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, band and segmented neutrophils, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit in the blood significantly increase.
