Невоспалительная алопеция является нарушением внешнего вида собак и доставляет эстетические неудобства владельцам. В зарубежных исследованиях применение препаратов гуманной медицины для коррекции данного нарушения представлены в небольшом количество публикаций. В отечественной литературе публикации представлены в виде описания отдельных клинических случаев. Обзоры исследований, посвященные анализу и обобщению методов лечения невоспалительной алопеции у собак, в научной литературе не представлены. Поэтому целью данной работы являлся сравнительный анализ методов лечения невоспалительной алопеции у собак (на основе анализа литературных данных).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен тематический поиск по базам данных eLIBRARY.RU, PubMed, Crossref и Google Scholar материалов, опубликованных с 2000 по 2023 год по следующим ключевым словам: собака AND алопеция, dog*AND alopecia X, dog*AND «название препарата». Отобранные материалы структурированы, 111 публикаций проанализировано, 69 из которых вошли в представленный обзор.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Представлен анализ исследований, связанных с применением методов и препаратов гуманной медицины для лечения алопеции Х у собак. Информация систематизирована по тематическим блокам, связанным с физиологическими основами алопеции Х и применяемыми препаратами. Основными рассмотренными методами и подходами к лечению являются применение мелатонина, митотана, трилостана, миноксидила, гормональных препаратов, техник микронидлинга и микротравмирования.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключение</title><p>Обсуждение и заключение. В настоящее время в ветеринарной медицине не разработана единая схема лечения алопеции Х у собак. При анализе описанных в литературе методов лечения в качестве оптимальных, для которых высокая эффективность сочетается с незначительными побочными эффектами, были выделены микронидлинг, пероральный прием мелатонина и трилостана, применение подкожных имплантов с деслорелина ацетатом. Использование митотана, миноксидила, осатерона ацетата сопровождается серьезными побочными эффектами, что не позволяет расценивать их как перспективные.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Noninflammatory alopecia is a disorder of canine appearance, which brings aesthetic discomfort to dog owners. Among foreign studies there are only few publications on implementing the drugs of the humane medicine for treatment of this disorder. The publications in the national literature present the descriptions of the individual clinical cases. The reviews of research containing the analysis and summary of the canine noninflammatory alopecia treatment methods are unavailable in the scientific literature. Therefore, this work aims at providing a comparative analysis of the canine noninflammatory alopecia treatment methods (based on the literature sources analysis).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. Searching by subject area was conducted in the eLIBRARY.RU, PubMed, Crossref and Google Scholar databases for materials published from 2000 to 2023 by the following keywords: dog AND alopecia, dog*AND alopecia X, dog*AND “name of the drug”. The selected materials were structured, 111 publications were analysed, 69 of which were included in the present review.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The studies on the use of humane medicine methods and drugs for treatment of alopecia X in dogs were analysed. The information was systemized into thematic blocks depending on the physiological causes of alopecia X and the drugs used. The main methods and approaches to be investigated were the use of melatonin, mitotane, trilostane, minoxidil, hormonal drugs, microneedling and microtrauma techniques.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusion. Currently, the unified protocol for treatment of alopecia X in dogs is not developed in the veterinary medicine. Upon analysis of the treatment methods described in the literature, microneedling, oral administration of melatonin and trilostane, along with the use of subcutaneous implants of deslorelin acetate have been identified as the optimal ones, combining high efficiency with minor side effects.
