В работе было выполнено конструирование иммунизирующих конструкций на основе селеновых коллоидов экстрацеллюлярных и цельноклеточных антигенов вакцинного штамма Escherichiacoli Б-5 и проведено изучение протективности иммунизации данными препаратами на лабораторных животных. Для иммунизации использовали нелинейных белых мышей и морских свинок. Иммунизировали внутрибрюшинно, двукратно, с интервалом в 1 неделю. Через неделю после второй иммунизации животным вводили LD 100 E.coli Б-5, смертность в группах учитывали в течение 5 дней. Опыт по иммунизации проводили в 4-х повторениях. По итогам проведённой работы было выяснено, что коллоидный селен, как адъювант, стимулирует антителообразование против компонентов бактериальной клетки (липопротеидов внешних мембран, жгутиков, живых клеток E.coli) и против гемолизинов её культуральной жидкости. Сывортка крови после иммунизации теряет свои ростовые свойства. Также достоверно установлено, что иммунизированные селеновыми конструкциями животные показывают более высокую выживаемость по сравнению с контрольной группой, вакцинированной убитой культурой при заражении летальной дозой для интактных животных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The work was carried out construction of immunizing designs based on selenium colloids extracellular antigens and whole cell vaccine strain Escherichiacoli B-5 and studied the protective immunization of these drugs in laboratory animals. For immunization using nonlinear white mice and guinea pigs. Immunized intraperitoneally twice at an interval of 1 week. After the second immunization, animals were injected with LD 100 E.coli B-5 mortality rate in the Group accounts for 5 days. Previous immunization was carried out in 4 repetitions. As a result of carried out work, it was found that the selenium colloid, as an adjuvant to stimulate antibody production against the components of bacterial cells (the outer membrane lipoproteins, flagella, live E.coli cells) against hemolysin and its culture medium. Serum after immunization loses their growth properties.
