Статья посвящена изучению акушерского сепсиса ассоциированного с некротическим эндометритом беременной матки, вызванныго C. Perfringens. В процессе работы выявлены основные гистологические изменения в матке при формировании некроза, установлена стадийность процесса, выявлены его клинические и морфологические особенности.
Sepsis associated with necrotic inflammation of the pregnant uterus, caused C. Perfringens proceeds on stages. At the first stage of septic process only small individual centres necrosis in a uterus, a condition of an animal satisfactory develop, there is no dehydration and a peritonitis, puppies often remain live. At the second stage of septic process develops extensive sites of defeat of a uterus with development of an ischemia of body. At the third stage process accepts self-supported character, the uterus ischemia accrues, bacteria breed, the condition of an animal sharply worsens
