Трансплантация эмбрионов редких и исчезающих животных может являться одним из путей, с помощью которого возможно восстановить исчезающие виды животных. Получение потомства путем переноса ядра соматических клеток диких животных в ооциты домашних и трансплантация гибридных эмбрионов реципиентам дает возможность включения новых генов в инбредные популяции редких видов, восстановления и сохранения находящихся под угрозой исчезновения животных. Исследования в этих направлениях достигли серьезных результатов, которые свидетельствуют о значительном потенциале данной технологии. Настоящая работа является обзором мировых исследований в данной области

Embryo transfer may be one of the ways by which it is possible to restore rare and endangered animal species. Obtaining the ofspring by interspecies nuclear transfer of somatic cells of wild animals into oocytes of domestic animals and the hybrid embryos transplantation to recipients makes it possible to include new genes in inbred populations of rare species, restore and preserve endangered animals. Work in these areas has achieved serious results, which testify to the signifcant potential of this technology. Tis work is an overview of world research in this area.
