Abstract

Global Rinderpest Eradication - outstanding triumph of the world veterinary medicine

Analysis on the outstanding progress of the world veterinary medicine as successful realization of the Global Rinderpest Eradication Program is presented in the paper. The historical prerequisites are given as well as epizootic and social economical grounds of the Program, chronology and course on its realization. It follows by authors' comment and conclusions.
