РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЕ ЭНТЕРОВИРУСА КРУПНОГО РОГАТОГО СКОТА НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОГО ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО ОКРУГА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ
Abstract
The study was aimed at the detection and examination of genetic diversity of bovine enteroviruses in the
territory of the Central Federal Okrug of the Russian Federation. Polymerase chain reaction targeted to
5-untranslated region of bovine enterovirus genome was used for the detection. Analysis of the recovered
isolates showed that bovine enteroviruses circulating in the territory of the Russian Federation were
characterized by high genetic heterogeneity and prevalence among herds in the Central Federal Okrug.
