МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ СЕДАЛИЩНОГО НЕРВА СОБАК В ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТЕ С МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕМ ПЕРЕЛОМОВ СЕДАЛИЩНОЙ КОСТИ И ИХ ЛЕЧЕНИЕМ ОПЕРАТИВНЫМ И КОНСЕРВАТИВНЫМ МЕТОДАМИ
Аннотация
The results of studying demonstrate that neurapraxia and axonotmesis have occurred in both series for canine
pelvic bone fracture. Peripheral nerve injury of such type takes place more often in case of closed injuries
of nerves, and it is caused by tension and compression of the nerves in the area injured.
In the process of comparing the morphologic and morphometric data of the two experimental series it has
been found a significant difference in the degree of destructive-and-reparative process depending on fracture
treatment technique.
On the basis of the data obtained the conclusion can be made that its more beneficial and expedient to treat
pelvic bone fractures by the surgical technique of transosseous osteosynthesis using an external fixator.
