ИСПЫТАНИЕ РНГА С ЭРИТРОЦИТАРНЫМ АНТИГЕНОМ ДЛЯ ДИАГНОСТИКИ БРУЦЕЛЛЕЗА КРУПНОГО РОГАТОГО СКОТА И ОВЕЦ

Abstract

The carried out researches have shown high efficacy indirect hem agglutination test at diagnosis of a brucellosis
of animals, in all before safe farms where because of flash of a brucellosis fresh exhibiting the disease
were marked, infected animals reacted in indirect hem agglutination test in higher percent of cases, than in
an serum agglutination test and titers of it were higher than the complement fixation test in comparison
with serum agglutination test.
The researches which have been carried out on a significant amount of animals, on farms with various epizootics
a condition on a brucellosis, fix specificity, high sensitivity and suitability indirect hem agglutination
test at diagnosis of this disease.
