Abstract
The multipteness of the area variety of the fracture of tubular bones is discovered, and the integrity of which
is broken above the different angle towards its long pin. The increasing of the area of the hurt bones increases
the activity of the alkaling phosphotasa, and its considerable increasing when analyzing the existing datas
about postoperation period of the patients with multiple hurt was not discovered. The immobilization
of the fragments by the intermodulated fixator, which hurting ability is increasing together with its parameters
causes the increasing of the activity of the alkaling phosphotasa. One of the best ways of the fragments
fixing in the case of stanting fracture was tried, that means the use of the overbone wire device, which can
have limited contact with overbone.
