КРИОКОНСЕРВИРОВАНИЕ ЭРИТРОЦИТОВ ДОМАШНИХ ЖИВОТНЫХ
Abstract
The viability of horse`s, bull`s, dog`s erythrocytes after cryopreservation with cryoprotectants have been
sdudied. The results obtained in the work testify to the fact, that DMSO is the most efficient cryoprotectant
during cryopreservation for horse, bull and dog erythrocytes. PEO-1500 is capable to preserve cells during
cryopreservation, but after transferring such frozen-thawed cells under physiological conditions they
undergo damages.
