ОСОБЕННОСТИ ИММОБИЛИЗАЦИИ ОТЛОМКОВ ТРУБЧАТЫХ КОСТЕЙ ПРИ КОСЫХ ПЕРЕЛОМАХ

Abstract

In the case of stanting fracture of the diaphisa of tubular bones there are different types of the overbone
fixators with the limited contact with overbone were tested. It was set, that their usage, for example tight
ing stripes had the most expressive conflicts with soft substances is very efficient in case of stanting fractures
of the very big bones with the elements of fragmentation. The usage of cerclage material with the middle
level of conflicts with the substances, the limited contact of which with overbone was achieved by circular
round of the wire is possible for immobilization of fragments of tubular bones of different parameters with
non-conflicated stanting fractures. Operation treatment in case of the fractures of tubular bones of not so
big size is efficient by using less conflict wire with the substances the diameter of the wire is 0,5 mm and fulecum
on the bone like knot.
