ВЛИЯНИЕ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ ГЕННОЙ КОНСТРУКЦИИ WAP/HGH НА ПОДДЕРЖАНИЕ СТАБИЛЬНОСТИ ГЕНОМА У СВИНЕЙ

Abstract

As a result of the directed influence on a gene new genetic forms of animals are created. A problem of their
use and preservation including methods ex situ, costs not less sharply, than small species and breeds of animals.
It is established, that integration into a gene of an organism-owner of design WAP/hGH renders destabilizing
influence on its chromosomal complement that it is necessary to consider at preservation and duplication
transgenic animals.
