Abstract

The studies were conducted on the basis of «Vurnarskiy meat-packing plant» Chuvash Republic between 2011 and 2015 on cows of black-motley breed at the age of 3-5 years old, with a live weight of 500-550 kg, with an average annual milk yield 5.0-5.5 thousand. kg.
