Abstract
The purpose of the research was to determine the sensitivity and specificity of PCR technique for detection BLV provirus in blood samples of cattle from farms of the Moscow, Kaluga, Rostov regions. The results of the conduct testing proved a high characteristics of sensitivity and specificity of designed PCR test kit.
