СРАВНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ В ПОЧКАХ КРЫС ПРИ ОСТРОМ ОТРАВЛЕНИИ ИМИДАИ ТИАКЛОПРИДОМ
Abstract
The authors carried out the comparative analysis of pathomotphological changes in kidneys of rats experimentally treated with imida – and tiakloprid at the dosage of 1\5 LD50 respectively. There were found that the action of Konfidor Extra is marked by provoking vascular disturbances, dystrophy of epitheliocytes of curved canaliculi, whereas Kalipso by arising parenchymatous mononuclear cells bounds in the organ, fibroblastic proliferation and fibrous connective tissue enlargement.
