СОСТОЯНИЕ ГУМОРАЛЬНОЙ И КЛЕТОЧНОЙ СИСТЕМ ИММУНИТЕТА У СВИНЕЙ С РЕПРОДУКТИВНО-РЕСПИРАТОРНЫМ СИНДРОМОМ СВИНЕЙ
Abstract
Complex studies of the functional state of humoral immunity in pigs with PRRS revealed a sharp gap in the B-lymphocytes in quantity and in percentage terms in comparison with healthy animals throughout the experiment. Revealed decrease in the total number of T-lymphocytes and separate populations ROC, decrease in their parity (R-ROC and B-ROC) at animals with development infringement on all extent of statement of experience. It, in turn, is accompanied by decrease in cellular immunity and involves resistance falling, first of all, to virus infections.
