Abstract
A scheme proposed by Zh.A.Shazhko (1997) and modified by us according to the OIE recommendations
is used for studying antigenic properties of A/Kyrgyzstan/07 isolate. The obtained results demonstrate
that antigenic properties are most fully characterized when using the complex of serological methods:
microneutralization test, ELISA and complement-fixation test.
