РЕПАРАТИВНАЯ РЕГЕНЕРАЦИЯ КОСТНОЙ ТКАНИ ПРИ ЛЕЧЕНИИ ПЕРЕЛОМОВ КОСТЕЙ ПРЕДПЛЕЧЬЯ У СОБАК МЕТОДОМ ЧРЕСКОСТНОГО ОСТЕОСИНТЕЗА В УСЛОВИЯХ УРГЕНТНОЙ И ОТСРОЧЕННОЙ РЕПОЗИЦИЙ ОТЛОМКОВ
Abstract
Thus, the study performed has demonstrated that fracture healing is directly associated not only with adequate
treatment option, but with the duration from trauma to making reposition and fixation of bone fragments
as well. It has been revealed that in case of 3-day immobilization delay of forearm bone fragments the
period of fracture healing under transosseous osteosynthesis 1.5-fold increases. Reparative regeneration of
bone tissue under such conditions is mainly provided by periosteal cellular elements, and in this case the period
of organotypical reorganization of healing zone increases.
