Abstract
It is shown that the causative agent of brucellosis naturally lives in the organs as a latent carrier L-shape and is passed to offspring by vertical way. In an organism of pregnant heifers it is transformed into S-shape that generates an abortion. The pathogen infects animals, who have formed a defense against its waste products. This prevents abortion and facilitates its reversion to L-form. Withdrawal of cows - hidden carriers of the causative agent of brucellosis prevents the appearance of new outbreaks of the disease..

Abstract
Morphological and functional characteristics of chicken blood leukocytes vaccinated against Gumboro disease and infectious coryzae are studied. Is investigated the total amount of white blood cells and their cellular structure in the post-vaccination period. The functional state of the cells assessed by their phagocytic activity with latex particles and the ability to generate active oxygen forms. The total volume of production of reactive oxygen species, activation index and phagocytic activity of leukocytes is determined. Effect of vaccination on the morphological and functional parameters of blood leukocytes of chickens is established. Immunization induced leukocytosis and lymphocytosis development after vaccination against Gumboro disease and psevdoeozinophilia and monocytosis after vaccination against infectious coryzae. Immunization stimulated phagocytic activity and increased the intensity of free radical processes in the blood cells. Significant amounts of reactive oxygen forms generated by the immunized birds were carrying potential risk the cell membrane damage and showed a decrease in the potential of phagocytes to respond to additional antigenic stimulation.

Abstract
We carried out the veterinary-sanitary expertise of mixed raw milk before and after the treatment (readjustment) by physical method using a mercury discharge lamp. Studies of collecting raw milk was carried out in LLC «Hadaysky» Irkutsk region. For comparison we have taken large and small volumes and set the effect of treatment on the quality and safety by organoleptic, physical-chemical and biological indicators, depending on exposure time. By results our sensory studies found that treatment for 10 minutes gives the sweet taste of the milk. Color, texture and flavor remained unchanged. Marked the reduction in the number of somatic cells by 5,3 %. In the first ten minutes of exposure, we observed a sharp decline in the number of somatic cells to 44,2 % of the total reduction, and noted a gradual decline for the remaining 80 minutes (55,8 %). The sharp reduction in the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms in 20-21,2 % after 10 minutes of processing was shown.

Abstract
Data on some tumor markers studied in mammary gland cancer in dogs and cats are given. The purpose of the article was to analyze the use of tumor markers in veterinary medicine. It can be assumed that the expression of PCNA, Ki67, IGF, VRCA1 and BRCA2 genes may be useful parameter for the diagnosis and monitoring of mammary gland cancer in dogs, and ERBB2 expression, VRCA1 and BRCA2 - in cats. But proto-oncogenes ERBB2 and SATB1 in dogs did not show increasing expression of in cancerous tumors and can not be used in veterinary oncology, as they are used in human one. Also does not fit for use as a tumor the marker protein P53 as it reflects the degree of DNA damage that may be caused by various factors and does not necessarily result to carcinogenesis. Estrogen receptor activity also can not be used, since in increase in tumor malignancy grows resistance to proliferative stimulation. In conclusion, it can be assumed that the study of the activity of genes responsible for DNA repair (CADD45, RAD17, RAD21, RPD21, RPA, SMC1A and TOPBP1), can be promising, as in human cancer have been identified mutations leading to DNA repair violation and the emergence of cancer already. It remains to reveal similar mutations in dog and cat genome.

Abstract
This work deals with the histological features of the oncogenesis of tumors with disseminated papillomatosis large horns of cattle at the tissue and cellular levels. On the basis of clinical and histological studies are carried out conditional typing papillomas of cattle identified histomorphometric indices depending on the type of papillomas using such indicators, as the core area and the cells of banalities and Kolotilov, parenchymal-stromal and nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio. Specified differential criteria to determine the nature of the growth of papillomas and the stage of progression. Noted, that the morphological changes in oncoprogresso accompanied by changes in the density and size of tumors, activation of fibroblastic cells forming the stroma of a number of papillae, strengthening of the signs of parakeratosis and hyperkeratosis of the surface of the tumor, an increase in the mass of connective tissue and a correspondingly increased area of the surrounding parenchyma of the tumor. It is established that the size of koilocytes vary depending on the type of warts that determines the dynamics of the cancer process. Morphometric data of koilocytes, detectable in histological examination showed changes in the area of cells and area change kernels. Increasing the area of cells on 55,43 % and 104,4 %, respectively, with the increase in the area of the nucleus of koilocytes by 5,24 % and of 20,97 % relative performance of core koilocytes papillomas of the first type, allow to assert about increase koilocytes due to changes in nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio toward the cytoplasm.

Abstract
We studied the effect of the injection of the drug, including succinic acid and an organic phosphorus compound, on biochemical parameters of blood of patients with subclinical ketosis cows. Three groups of cows with ketosis was formed. The animals of the first group were administered the drug in doses of 10 ml per animal three times with an interval of five days, the animals of the second group was administered the drug in a dose of 15 ml per animal, the third group served as control. After treatment, the blood glucose level raised on 15-27 % in the test groups of cows, the level of ketone bodies reduced by 2-2.5 times as compared with the control. The average milk yield in the experimental groups was higher by 6-10 % than in the controls.

Abstract
Morpho-functional characteristics of the structural organization of the thymus in 3-5 and 45 day-old piglets in normal and immunocompromised are shown. In clinically healthy pigs at 5 days of age in the thymus were differentiated lobed structure which composed of layers of equal thickness and contained cellular elements with a density of 15120±1511,2 n/mm2 in the cortical layer and with a density of 13850±1385,1 n/mm2 - in the medullar layer. Thymus had a definitive anatomical structure. The thymus at 45 days of age the piglets were fully differentiated. The volume of the cortical layer was 40,8±0,9 %, and the volume of the medulla was 37,5±2,9 %. In both lobules areas of the thymus cells are in different stages of differentiation with normal ultrastructure. At 5-day-old piglets with immunodeficiency, in the thymus were observed hypoplastic polymorphic segments. Uniform distribution of cells throughout the area of the thymus lobule create paintings, reminiscent of the effect of «starry sky». The relation between the cortex and medulla was varied. The volume fraction of the cortex was 19,4±0,9 %, the volume fraction of the medulla was 17,5±2,6 %. In them, the ratio of cortical and medullary layers was identical, and the cell density was low. At 45 days of age in the thymus of sick pigs the Hassall corpuscles was in a state of degeneration, had small nuclei with light karyoplasm and cytoplasm. Timmotsity observed in a state of apoptosis in the ultrastructure of many of them dominated of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum. There were apoptotic thymocytes in the ultrastructure of many of them prevailed agranular endoplasmic reticulum.

Abstract
Veterinary experts at drawing up feed rations for dogs should choose food that is well eaten, and have the necessary caloriesin view of its workload. It is necessary to take into account the energy requirement depending on the dog›s weight, sex, age and constitution of the animal, the physiological state (intrafamilial, lactation), and other factors. 100 g of feed should contain from 300 to 350 kcal of metabolizable energy, 25-30 % of crude protein (for dogs aged two years) and 15-20 % of crude protein (for dogs over two years), 3.5 % of crude fat (sometimes to 10 %, with obligatory consideration linoleic acid content, based on ration). Quantity of crude fiber should not exceed 2.4 %, although its presence is necessary for digestion as ballast. Cellulose is not digested in the dog as well as starch and many other polysaccharides. Practical rations in 100 g must contain 280-300 kcal of metabolizable energy, 20-25 % of crude protein, crude of fat 5%, 4% of crude fiber. Quantity of such diet per day is determined from the rate of 3-5 % of the live weight of the animal.

Abstract
The article presents data on the efficacy of probiotic preparations «OLIN» and «laktobifadol» in camel. The studied drugs contributed to an increase in body weight of the animals in a month in the 1 experimental group at 6 kg, in the 2 test group at 7 kg. Excess of analyzed index in control group was 3 kg and 5 kg respectively. In a study of hematological and biochemical parameters of blood serum of camels it found that the highest level of hemoglobin in animals was in the second experimental group. It exceeded data in control group on 2.74 g/l and the first test group on 1.1 g/l. In experimental animals there was a tendency to growing of the level of total protein. In the first group was increase on 2.1 g/l, in the second one was increase on 4.0 g/l, compared with the data before the application of probiotics. The difference with their peers in the control group was 3.86 and 5,13 g/l, respectively.

Abstract
Based on the analysis of long-term studies the data are presented on some specific characteristics of maturing gonads of carp females after gonadotrophic stimulation. Using the method of blood sampling in living animals we have determined protein, lipid, cholesterol and hemoglobin concentrations, which correlate with fat content in muscles and reflect the potential ability of fish to reproduce. The eggs of high quality are shown to be produced by 5-6 year-old females whose concentrations of hemoglobin are 5-11 g%, of protein make up 2.6-5.5 g%, lipids are 500-1000 mg% and cholesterol amount to 120-140mg%. Females with low anabolic values give eggs of low fish-breeding quality. The decrease in eggs quality is caused by degenerative changes in the oocyte structure and reduction in protein whose concentration drops to 100 mg/g in the generative tissue. Such changes in gonads are observed in fish with disorders in their functional state, or when breeding technologies are not maintained, or carp breeders are kept under unfavorable conditions. The analysis of the gonad status and the biochemical indices of eggs, blood and muscles allows one to detect readiness of females to spawn and cull the fish with eggs of low quality.
