Abstract
It is shown that the cause of the mass colibacteriosis or gastrointestinal disease of animals offspring is the penetration of large doses of the intestinal microflora from the large intestine adult animals to the small intestine of the offspring. Overexposure microflora in the sewage with urine and faeces enhances its virulence. Eliminating contact of the offspring with urine and faeces prevents disease animal colibacillosis and provides a high level of animal health. This is confirmed by the daily weight gain of at least on 800 - 950 grams.

Abstract
Conducted research on the study of etiological structure of conditionally pathogenic microflora that causes gastrointestinal disease in piglets, and the immunomodulatory effect of the drug on the formation of immune status of lactating sows and piglets. The conducted research allow to note that most of the isolated cultures of microorganisms were represented by associations in different combinations. Agents monoinfected met in 41.7% of cases. However, in most cases, stood out of the association of Escherichia - Proteus - Citrobacter - strep - 11,7%; Escherichia - Citrobacter - Proteus - 18,2%; Escherichia - Proteus - 11,9%; Escherichia - Citrobacter 12.7 per cent. The use of immunomodulating drug for lactating sows and piglets-sucker enhances nonspecific protection of the organism and reduce the risk of occurrence of gastrointestinal diseases of bacterial etiology

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the TREMATODOSES aspects in farms of the Rostov region of Russia. The authors analyzed the environmental aspects which affect the propagation TREMATODOSES in domestic ruminants of the Rostov region (PO). An important part of the environmental problem is contamination of the pasture with parasites. Cercariae and metacercariae developing in molluscs and ants, are the cause of trematodozov ruminants. Distribution of trematodes, their population connected to the structure of the landscape of pastures

Abstract
The article presents a brief overview on the history of the development of the unique properties of iodine-containing preparation Iodinol. Taking into account contraindications for use of pharmacopoeia Iodinol it was substantiated theoretically and experimentally the possibility of this preparation modification by including of 1% succinic acid in its composition. It was found according to the results of biochemical studies that modified composition of Iodinol had an expressed metabolic activity without reducing of its antimicrobial properties. The new is that 1% succinic acid or sodium succinate with the same concentration of succinic acid is introduced additionally in the known composition of pharmacopoeia Iodinol. The concentration of succinic acid corresponds to the quantitative content of 10 mg in 1 ml, it allows to standardize the solution and to ensure minimum quantifiable level required to reduce the side effects of the preparation Iodinol. It makes possible a parenteral method of administration. It was found during the clinical experiments on the calves with diarrhea syndrome and the state of malnutrition that the parenteral method of Iodinol administration in the complex with succinic acid ensured an expressed correction of the pathobiochemical processes going as a type of metabolic acidosis. The preparation can be applied during hepatosis and toxicosis when pharmacopoeia Iodinol is contraindicated or has the restrictions due to the risk of the development of an iodinism condition

Abstract
This paper studied the contents of some trace elements (copper, iron, manganese) in hair from different areas of the body (the occipital crest, withers, the lateral surface of the chest, maklok, and tail) of cattle with a black and red color of the Mongolian and Kalmyk breeds. This revealed that the content of copper, iron and manganese greater in cattle with a black color than ones with red color. The level of trace elements in the hair, taken from different parts of the body, is not the same. It is consistently reduced in the direction of: occipital crest - withers - the lateral surface of the chest - maklok - tail. The copper deficiency symptoms is characterized by a decrease in growth rate and depigmentation wool. With a lack of iron in animals marked pallor of the visible mucous membranes and skin, the appearance of cracks in the corner of the mouth. The manganese deficiency is accompanied by a lag in growth and development

Abstract
The article presents data showing that in the Rostov region annual reduction in the number of dairy cattle continues but production of dairy products increasing. The rate of production is lower than rate of consumption. Over the past 10 years in the region established high-tech industrial complexes. There are the import and acclimatization under various conditions over 11 thousand cattle of highly productive breeds. Over the past 10 years in the Rostov region was created by the high-tech industrial complexes; was acclimatization more than 11 thousand of highly productive breeds of cattle. 10 breeds of dairy and meat and dairy are breeding there . Milk yield hovers around 4840 - 10180 kg per cow per year. Comparison of milk production analysis showed that the yield of Brown Swiss cattle breeds, Simmental and Holstein breeding farms in the Rostov region is higher than in the breeding farms of other Russian regions. Among the cows Schwyz breed of «Vera» and the cows in the Simmental breed of «Kirovsky stud farm» was the highest daily milk yield 75-80 kg and 15500-16000 kg of milk per year. For stimulation of the reproductive function in a diet there includes rich in carotene fresh green feed, also take place spraing of the male odor, recording of bull roar and others.

Abstract
The article presents the results of tests of a test system for the diagnosis of dicrocoeliasis in ruminants. To identify the genome D. lanceatum in samples of biological material is determined by the sensitivity and specificity of the polymerase chain reaction. The importance of diagnostic studies of parasitic diseases determined qualitatively conduct of certain techniques. There are still some difficulties in choosing the most effective and simple method for the study dicrocoeliasis ruminants. In this regard, the competent laboratory diagnostics invasions becomes invaluable

Abstract
This paper presents a review of the literature on the role of mineral elements in the life and metabolism of pathogenic bacteria. There are the data on the functional significance of essential elements in the metabolic processes of microorganisms, the methods of their transport into the cell, the role of the mineral elements in the relationship with the microorganism - host in vivo. There are also data on the value mineral elements for a number of pathogenic microorganisms and the displaying a functional part of the iron ions in the breathing process, growth and virulence of toxin. In the article are shown the results of work on the optimization of culture media for the industrial production of bacterial antigens in the manufacture of preventive and curative drugs for the composition of the mineral elements, the positive effect of complex organic compounds of macro- and micronutrients, particularly iron on growth of microorganisms, promising biotechnology serial production of bacterial antigens and vaccines have proved to be an additive of complex iron compounds with the peptides. On the model of bacterial swine erysipelas reliably demonstrated the stimulating effect of the iron-containing preparation «Peptofer» on the accumulation of bacterial mass by increasing the viability, safety of initial growth properties, morphological and biochemical indices
