The report presents some results of comparative analysis of anthrax specific prophylaxis in various regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation for its efficacy. The levels of vaccine-induced anthrax antibodies were found to depend on a range of various factors like the vaccine quality and immunogenicity, complying with the preparation application sheet and vaccination directions, vaccination season and the livestock immune status.

Abstract
The information on registration of a new disease - Schmallenberg virus infection among ruminants - in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, England and France is given in the paper. The identified virus belongs to the genus Orthobunyavirus. Diseased lactating cows demonstrate suppression, fever, diarrhea and decreased milk production. The virus has a teratogenic effect resulting in premature deliveries, abortions, birth of dead nonviable calves with malformations. The infection happens as a result of biting pregnant ruminants by mosquitoes and midges.

Abstract
Animals in large dairy herds were established to be associative for BVDV and BRSV. The frequency of BRSV manifestations depends on a level of BVDV infected animals as well as on the presence of PI animals in herds. At the level of BVDV infected animals from 78.02 to 90.3% and in the presence of at least 3.13% of PI virus carriers, the incidence rate for BVRS infections increased and was accompanied by identification of the pathogen and seroconversion in animals of different age-and-gender groups including cows and calves aged up to 6 months.

Abstract
The main representatives of pathogenic microflora in the colon of young quail are escherichia, enterococci, fungi candida and staphylococci. At dysbacteriosis except those listed earlier species of microorganisms, there are also Salmonella and Proteus. The article presents the characteristics of different biochemical activities of representatives of the microflora of the colon. In healthy quail and chicks with dysbiosis major change in enzyme activity similar types of microorganisms were observed. Recorded increased pathogenic properties of cultures isolated from quail with disorders of the digestive system, when setting bioassays at white mice.

Experimental infection of SPF-chickens virus infection of anemia causes inhibition chicken erythrocyte and granulocyte hematopoiesis in bone marrow, reducing the partial formulas of bone marrow cells and blood - a violation of the structure of red blood cells and platelets, decreased the number of eosinophils and psevdozinofilov. Regeneration processes are characterized by the activation of lymphoid hematopoiesis in bone marrow, as well as the appearance of granular lymphocytes, little-differentiated forms of red blood cells.

The method ultrasonic dopplerografy 20 dogs with dirofilariosis spend research of the stream of blood of the kidney. Have revealed increase in absolute indicators (Pourcelot resistance index and Gosling pulsatility index). Abstract
Epizootological dangerous helminthes of domestic goats in the mountainous zone of Kabardino-Balkaria are echinococcosis, fascioliasis, diсroсeliosis, oesophagostomosis, dictyocauliasis nematodoses and small and large intestine. In the mountainous belt of goat breeds «Orenburg downy» distant-infested pasture maintenance 28 species of helminths, including 2 trematode species, cestodes - 6, 20 species of nematodes. Goats in the mountains year-round maintenance up to 3000 mc at. Sea invaded by 20 species of trematodes, cestodes and nematodes.

Human and animal disease in the Russian Federation calls 287 helminth species and 70 species of protozoa. In southern Russia there are about 70 species of helminth parasites of man, of whom over 30 have a mass distribution. The most dangerous parasitic zoonoses in southern Russia are: echinococcosis, trichinosis, cysticercosis, teniasis, larval stage teniatis, ascarids, strongyloidiasis, hymenolepiasis, trichuriasis, eymeriozy, toxoplasmosis, fascioliasis, sarkocistosis, cryptosporidiosis, which tend to increase nozoareal.

In territory of Кostroma elk farm reserve 7 kinds of elks helminthes, the elementary (Eimeria), pincers (Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor reticulates) and insects (Lipoptena cervi). The presence of helminthes in elk organisms influences negatively the animals› physical state. Degree of an invasion at young animals above, than at adult animals. The efficacy of Ivermectin was in average 95 percent and in two times increased doses of Panacur, - 82, of Monizen - 96 percent. It is necessary to develop complex system of actions against parasites and to apply highly effective preparations.
