The article deals with the technology of protective antigen fungus Candida albicans obtaining. This antigen has been tested on pigs of different age groups and the results are given in the article. The author demonstrates that during the protective antigen injection specific agglutinins are found out in the blood serum of immunized animals. The highest titres are marked after the second immunization, especially during the aerosol vaccination method. The safety of young pigs born to immunized sows treated with the given preparation raises increasingly.

Expansion of international communications and improving of the means of transportation has been influenced the change of the areal of transboundary animal diseases (TAD). The African Swine Fever (ASF) also one of the most dangerous TAD. In August 2007 The World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) has announced an outbreak of ASF in the territory of Armenia, where the disease in a relatively short period of time had the character of a devastating epidemic, and the pigs from almost all regions were involved in epidemic. In recent years noted that ASF mainly occurred among wild boars with the increasing of the number of outbreaks. In the article the data for investigation of the virulent properties of the field isolate of ASF - "Shikahokh-2009", selected from the wild boars in Syunik marz 2009 year, are presented. The Infection of pigs with the isolated virus and clinical, pathological data, as well as testing of samples of internal organs by IFT shows pronounced virulence of the ASFV "Shikahokh-2009" isolate.

Examinations on learning of sensitivity of strains of the coliform bacillus secured from chickens sick of a colibacillosis, to a norfloxacin are conducted. Ischium fractures were modelled on mongrel dogs. Conservative and operative treatment was used for management. The complex study of the treatment included the condition of the square muscle of the thigh. The radiographic, pathoanatomical and histological analysis showed that mild reactive changes in the square muscle of the thigh were noted while conservative treatment resulted in pathological atrophy. The morphological features revealed in the square muscle of the thigh proved the prevalence of reparative regeneration of the restitution type in the conditions of external fixation and of the substitution type during conservative treatment.

The optimal dose of protection and optimal time of injection of the Ca - modifying RNA on guinea pigs after infection of foot-and-mouth are determined. In the presented work also shown that using of preparation simultaneously with the vaccination agains Newcastle disease, significantly enhancing the effect of the vaccine. The possible mechanisms of the preparation for the potentiating of the primary and secondary immune response which are possible connected with the ability of the preparation to stimulate the synthesis of endogenous interferon with the furter antiviral activity, as well as the strengthening of the immune response of T-and B-cells are presented in the work.
