The bioecological characteristics of the boars are discrived in the paper. Summarized data on spreading the most important infections of animals and man in their natural populations are presented. Their species particularities with
epizootological significance are postulated. The natural nidity, parasitic system and pathogenic mechanisms of the authoregulation for African Swine Fever are considered. Spreading and establishment of ASF natural nidity in Russia south are analysed. It is proposed that formed disease natural nidity in wild boars has vectorial potency as inicial source for infection at ASF outbreaks in domestic pigs.
