Abstract
In the course of our investigations new data on epizootology of tick-borne borreliosis were obtained. Recent
methods of diagnostics of tick-borne borreliosis in animals were evaluated. The infection rate of ticks
was studied, and Kirov Region was related to the zone of a high risk of infection. Data on the fact that some
game animals take part in maintaining natural foci of disease were obtained, namely, Lepus timidus L., Vulpes
vulpes L., Alces alces L., Nyctereutes procyonoides Gray, Sus scrofa L., Meles meles L., Lyrurus tetrix

Abstract
The authors have revealed the pathologic-and-anatomical changes in the organocomplex of pelvis and pelvic
limb for ischial bone injury, which show arising the pathologic processes, leading under the conditions of
operative treatment to preservation of pelvis shape and femoral muscle tension, contributing to the recovery
of the blood supply and nerve contact of the limb involved. As for conservative treatment, on the contrary,
the pathologic atrophy picture is observed being an unreversible process due to preserving the cause
which had induced it.

The study of antibodies to Helicobacter pylori in monkeys serum was carried out using two commercial kits
ImmunoComb II H.pylori IgG» and Pyloriset Dry». High percentage of antibodies was determined, but
mostly in low titers. Preference is given to ImmunoComb II H.pylori IgG» kit, which gives qualitative and
quantitative assessments of antibodies in the serum. This test allows serological monitoring of Helicobacter
pylori infection and control of treatment of helicobacteriosis in animals.

The character and degree of morphological changes of internal organs of laboratory rats at acute and chronic
intoxication of Ivertin was investigated. Morphological studies showed that for chronic intoxication was
typical the mixed parenchymatous-fatty degeneration, the renal and myocardial parenchymatous degeneration,

females. The general disorder of the blood circulation, hemorrhages, acute glomerulonephritis edema of the
lungs and cerebrum was typical for acute intoxication.
