Abstract
Morphological and quantitative changes in the cells of the circulating fluids of aquatic organisms: hemolymph or blood in the pathology. Were investigated: Astacusastacus, Carassiusgibelio, Cyprinus carpio L, Ambystomamexicanum . We defined: blood and leukocyte formula, cytochemical index lysosomal cationic protein in phagocytes. It was revealed that Mycosis astacorum of crayfish caused an increase in cationic protein in lysosomes of hemocyte about 2 times. Change of 15-20% of the blood cells of carp fingerlings with liver steatosis are expressed in the destruction of red blood cells, vacuolization and cytoplasmic eosinophilia of red blood cells; cytolysis and karyorrhexis neutrophils and eosinophils. It is noted decrease in the proportion of mature neutrophils by increasing (from 0.3 to 1.0%) eosinophils in leukogram. In carp with partial albinism (transparent scaly cover) the weak osmotic resistance membrane of blood cells is indicated. It is shown as membrane lysis when stained by Pappenheim. Carp with a weak squama fixing the percentage of neutrophils in leukogram increased, but the content of lysosomal cationic protein, reflecting non-specific oxygen-independent cell-mediated immunity, reduced. In axolotl with limb regeneration violations in leukogram share of mieloblasts increased approximately 2-times (increased leykopoeza and eosinophils from 6.3% to 13.1%).

Abstract
We studied the physiological changes of Silurus glanis , cultivated in ponds of second aquaculture zones at ichthyophthirosis. The diagnosis was made by the presence of multiple tubercles on the body of the fish and the detection of the ichthyophthirosis pathogen. Infestation intensity was 1.5-2.5 units/g of body weight of fish. We determined the hematologic, cytochemical and biochemical parameters. It was revealed that in the blood of affected fish at the age of 1 year, a large proportion of eosinophils and a smaller proportion of lymphocytes compared to healthy fish. This is indicative of immune activation in the disease. Affected fish were divided into two groups of 100 fish in each. One group was kept in the bath with solution for one hour. Composition of the solution: 20 liters of water, 2 big spoons NaCl, 60 mg furazolidone, 100 mg / l methylene blue. Another group was not treated. Then we put the fish in different ponds for growing. In autumn during the catching the fish of the first group has no the clinical signs of disease. But the fish this group had increased the percentage of blast forms of white blood cells by reducing lymphocyte; Activity transaminases, LDH, glucose and increased total protein increased in comparison to healthy fishes.

Abstract
It is shown that the agent of necrobacteriosis live in the gastrointestinal tract of cattle and causes disease after penetration into subcutaneous tissues at anaerobic conditions. These pathogen penetrates tissue after the loss of the natural skin cover tightness caused by inflammation of the small intestine. This inflammation disrupts the functioning of the endocrine glands secretion. Control of epizootic process of necrobacteriosis reach by a sufficient volume of roughage in rations.

Abstract
Представлены результаты исследований по инвазированности овец Cysticercus tenuicollis и серологическому мониторингу инвазии в Кабардино-Балкарской Республике. Экстенсивность инвазии в хозяйствах равнинной зоны составляла 27,3, предгорной - 25,3 и горной - 20,6%. Ин- тенсивность инвазии во всех исследованных хозяйствах не превышала 1-9 цист/животное. Так же копроскопически исследовано на тениидозы 70 собак в разных природно-климатических зо- нах республики, зараженность которых находится в пределах 70,0-75,5%. Проведен серологиче- ский мониторинг при тенуикольном цистицеркозе иммуноферментной реакцией типа ELISA с использованием клеточного антигена, полученного культивированием клеток протосколек- сов Cysticercus tenuicollis . Исследовано 235 сывороток овец, полученных на убойных пунктах хо- зяйств разных зон Кабардино-Балкарской Республики, в том числе 88 - из равнинной, 79 - пред- горной и 68 - горной зоны. Чувствительность реакции составила в среднем 81,3%, специфич- ность - 76,2%. Установлена оптимальная концентрация антигена для сорбции на полистироло- вые планшеты, которая составила 40 мкг/мл. При оценке иммуноферментной реакцией с кле- точным антигеном протосколексов Cysticercus tenuicollis одномоментно тестировано 50 сыворо- ток овец с подтвержденным диагнозом ларвального эхинококкоза. Установлена возможность использования иммуноферментной реакции для дифференциального серологического монито- ринга тенуикольного цистицеркоза и ларвального эхинококкоза.

Abstract
The objective characteristics of the tissue preparation based of fetal tissues requires the evaluation of their quality, both with regard to the general mandatory requirements laid down in regulatory documents to verify the preparations based on animal origin raw materials, as well as indicators taking into account the biochemical features of embryonic materials and specificity of technological manipulation. An assessment of the new tissue preparation «NIKA-EM», obtained on the basis of embryonic tissues of birds. We used common criteria and modern innovative methods of assessing the quality of drugs. The fundamental point of the study was evaluation of the physicochemical properties of the preparation, the degree of homogenization and dispersion of substances, as well as an integrative approach to the determination of the biological activity of the preparation in the body, through the calculation of adaptive capacity of the liver, both test systems. Studied a number of characteristics that allow the preparation «NIKA-EM» qualify for standardization as an effective biologically active tissue preparation.

Abstract
Due to the constant problem reducing the reproductive capacity of dairy cows in industrial complexes there is a need to improve in obiotechnology reproduction techniques. In the practice of veterinary specialists there are schemes of stimulation and synchronization of estrus in cows. The aim of the study is to determine the optimal scheme of hunting synchronization with the prospect of the use of its technology in embryo transfer. There was the scheme for cattle using progesterone, prostaglandins, gonadotropins and surfagona (gonadotropin releasing factor). Was determined the most effective hormonal treatment scheme, which achieves 80% of fertilization. Abstract
The studies were conducted on the basis of «Vurnarskiy meat-packing plant» Chuvash Republic between 2011 and 2015 on cows of black-motley breed at the age of 3-5 years old, with a live weight of 500-550 kg, with an average annual milk yield 5.0-5.5 thousand. kg. In common was analyzed 1800 cows. The detention of afterbirth in cows ranged from 18.4 to 20.3%; uterine involution ranged from 18.8 to 21.9%; postpartum endometritis ranged from 18.7 to 21.5%. Evaluation of reproductive function of cows has shown that one of the causes of infertility cows are birth and postnatal illness. Thus, the isolation of lochia from sick cows is delayed by 5.2 days; the duration of uterine involution - 11.8 days; the onset of the first estrus - 11.4 days. Later complications of the postnatal period negatively affect fertility. The time from birth until fertilization was 91,20 ± 1,14 against 74,50 ± 1,27 in clinically healthy. C increase in terms of the first insemination after birth the total fertility is reduced by 26%, from the first insemination conception rates reduced by 42%, fertilization index decreased c1, 25 to 2.15, duration of infertility increased by 16.7 days. Over the last 5 years the average annual milk production amounted to 4,9-5,6 thousand kg of milk per lactation; of calves per 100 cows is 83-89%; Comparison of the data for reproduction for cows of 2011-2015. indicates that over the past 2 years above received the calves on 4% more, and the percentage of patients with obstetric diseases was lower at 1.3-1.7%.

Abstract
Epizootic situation on rabies in Tatarstan Republic remains tense, in this regard, the study of epidemic, statistical data on the incidence of rabies, and determine the role of rodents in disease transmission is an urgent task. Presents an analysis of the epizootic situation on rabies among domestic and wild animals in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2009-2015. Rabies registered in the Republic in all 43 municipal districts and towns in 1716 animals, including wild 955, 369 agricultural and 392 domestic animals. In the structure of rabies is dominated by wild carnivorous animals - foxes, which are the reservoir of rabies virus, accounting for 53.9% of the total number of cases. While farm animals are 21,52%, pets - 22,84% of the total number of cases, and the remaining wild animals accounted for1.74 per cent. The frequency of manifestations of the epidemic is characterized by growth and decay in some years, with cycles of 3-4 years. Conducted laboratory examination of samples of brain tissues from rodents captured in expeditions in 8 administrative districts of Tajikistan, troubled by rabies, with a view to establishing the involvement of rodents in the epizootic process. As a result of comprehensive research of the rabies virus in the samples of the brain were not found. However, for the clarification of the role of rodents in the circulation of rabies virus research should be continued with the involvement of a larger number of livestock animals researched from different regions, where there were reported cases of rabies.
