Abstract
Colibacteriosis in pig farms is reflected in the super-sharp, acute, sub-acute and chronic forms. The source
of the causative agent of disease is sick and affected piglets-Sosunov, podsvinki and sows - bakterionositeli.
The main way of infection is alimentary and airborne path. Colibacteriosis very often proceeds in the form
of mixed infections with vector-borne gastroenteritis and rotaviral disease of pigs. Derivatives of furan and
hynoxalin, gentamicin, laevomycetinum, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin possess the highest antibacterial activity
against Escherichia coli and Salmonella, causing the bacterial disease in pigs.

Abstract
The results obtained show that cattle cerebrospinal fluid as biologically active substance can be used for
correction certain physiological and pathological states. Data prove advanced use of cerebrospinal fluid in
cell bioengineering.

Abstract
Aiming at identification of tissue and species origin of mammalian cell lines collected at Ivanovsky Institute
of Virology, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, we analyzed 31 cell lines initially isolated in the institute
or donated by collaborators. The species-specific polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing of mitochondrial
DNA demonstrated that in 5 cases the species origin of the cell line has been misinterpreted. The
detailed protocols of the techniques used for DNA-based species identification are presented.

Abstract
Adrenalinic functional test causes shifts in pigs of 2 months in indicators of a functional condition simpatoadrenalovoj
the systems which character depends on an initial vegetative tone in the cardiovascular system,
organism of pigs depending first of all from a condition. At healthy pigs the balanced influence of sympathetic
and parasympathetic system on cardiovascular system is in overwhelming majority observed, and in
reply to adrenalinic test there is a strengthening of work of a myocardium that the shock volume of blood is
accompanied by increase. At mikotoksikos at pigs prevails sympathetic influences on cardiovascular system
whereas at mikotoksikos influence on cardiovascular system prevails parasympathetic.

Abstract
The dynamics of the immunocompetent cell response and the intensity of creation of antibodies to Mareks
disease vaccine on the basis of turkey herpesvirus were studied. The lymphocyte migration inhibition test
for determination of antigen-induced migration level (ML) and indirect solid-phase immunosorbent assay
for determination of serum antibody titre (T) were used. It was shown that by day 28 the migration level in
SPF chicks was ML±G=0,38±0,09 and in commercial broiler chicks it was ML±G=0,13±0,059. Moreover, the
antibody mean titre in SPF chicks was 1:190 by day 7 and 1:1445 by day 63. In broiler chicks with the mean
titre of transovarian antibodies 1:8590 by day 7 it was demonstrated that the active immune response was induced
by day 35 (titre 1:358); by day 56 the titre was equal to 1:2692. Coefficients of correlation (R±m) between
lymphocyte migration inhibition test and indirect solid-phase immunosorbent assay were determined
and at the phase of the development of active immune response in SPF chicks and broiler chicks they made
up 0,814±0,111 and 0,840±0,136, correspondingly.

The use of enroflone in dose of 1 ml/10 kg of body mass inside, gentamicin - in dose of 2 ml/10 mg and benzilpenicillin-
10 thousand ed/kg of body mass, 2 times a day intramuscularly against colibacteriosis ensures
100% efficiency.

Abstract
A relatively high resistance frequency (30-53.8%) of Staphylococcus intermedius strains to benzyl penicillin,
ampicillin, streptomycin, cephepim, kanamycin, and lincomycin has been revealed.
The results of the study have shown all the staphylococcus strains to be susceptible to amoxycillin, inhibitorprotected
penicillins, carbapenemes, cefazolin, furagin as well as to the majority of fluoroquinolones.

Abstract
The microbiocenosis of tropic fish at norm and pathologic were studied. The surface at the body healthy fish
have solitary bacterium (6,6-13,3 CFU/sm2). Internal organs were free from micro flora. There are a considerable
account of bacterium (104,0-286,0 CFU/g) in the liver of fish at septic bacteriosis. Invasion of fish by
Trichodina, Cryptobia and Costia accompanied by exogenous sepsis.

Abstract
The drug Аlben forte in the form of suspension is a 4-class low emissions. LD50 is introduced into the stomach
in white mice is 5000 mg / kg. The drug is poorly expressed cumulation. Cumulation ratio is 3.04. Do not
have sensitizing properties. In subchronic experiments (within 2 months), the drug does not cause signs of
toxicity and death in calves and lambs.

enrofloxacin and colistin in animals. It has slight irritant effect on the skin and doesnt have any skin

Abstract
We studied the influence of the drug on the basis of composite Еnrofloxacin and colistin at doses 0.5, 1.0
and 5.0 ml per 10 kg bodyweight on the clinical and biochemical indices of the blood in piglets and calves. It
was found that the therapeutical efficacy of new drug in calves with colibakteriosis equaled 90,7%, piglets -
91,4%, while the efficacy of Dizparcolum (base product) was 78.9% and 80.0% respectively.

them apply in an initial stage of development of infectious diseases; to young growth in the first days after a
