Abstract
A study of Campylobacter jejuni and Helicobacter pylori infection in monkeys was conducted. As result,
the high degree of infection by these pathogens was established. It has been shown, that microaerophilic
bacteria were found in all species and age groups of monkeys, moreover, the frequency of infection is increasing
with age. The ethiological role of Campylobacter in development of clinical forms of campylobacteriosis
in monkeys are found.

Abstract
The ELISA kit for FMD antibody detection in sera of farm animals is an express tool for the study
of antigenic relatedness of FMDV strains. The consistency of data received in complement-fixation test
and liquid phase blocking ELISA was established in the study of antigenic correspondence among FMDV
strains.

Abstract
The study was aimed at the detection and examination of genetic diversity of bovine enteroviruses in the
territory of the Central Federal Okrug of the Russian Federation. Polymerase chain reaction targeted to
5-untranslated region of bovine enterovirus genome was used for the detection. Analysis of the recovered
isolates showed that bovine enteroviruses circulating in the territory of the Russian Federation were
characterized by high genetic heterogeneity and prevalence among herds in the Central Federal Okrug.

Abstract
The investigations were conducted to detect enterotoxigenic cultures of Staph.aureus in bulk milk and milk
from the cows with the various state of milk udder. In addition, the types of enterotoxins were detected as
well as a rate of their isolation. Enterotoxin for rabbits immunization was extracted from most toxigenic
culture of Staph.aureus which produced enterotoxin C. For immunoenzyme diagnosticums construction we
used pure immunoglobulins which was extracted from antitoxic sera.

Abstract
The quantitative model of a porcine respiratory disease complex which allows to explain practically all cases
of disease in piglets of CFO Russia (2006 year) was presented. The leading part in morbidity was proved:
porcine circovirus-2 (31,2% cases), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (27,2% cases) and
porcine respiratory coronavirus (25,2% cases). The role of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae was essentially below
and makes 16,4% cases. The role of swine influenza virus A (H1N1) was insignificant.

Abstract
Placenta has high plasticity, and its transformations during development reflect a condition of a fruit and
ability of the mother to provide with his nutritious substances and oxygen. In a course of researches is revealed,
that the structure placenta is in close communication with its permeability and most important allows
to judge viability newborn and their further development.

Abstract
Testing of 390 samples (nasal swabs from 0.5-7 month-old calves) from 17 farms located in 7 regions of the
Central Federal Okrug revealed:
- circulation of only one type of pasteurellosis agent, Pasteurella multocida serogroup A, in calves on all cattle
farms (n=241);
- high individual and group animal prevalence of Pasteurella carrier state - 61.8% and 100%, respectively;
- absence of significant differences in pasteurellosis carrier state prevalence between animals with clinically
apparent respiratory signs and clinically healthy animals (64.1% and 59.5%, respectively,?n??2 << 3.84, ?? =
0.95; OR = 1.2; AR= 4.9 diseased per 1,000 animals);
- low efficiency of vaccine prophylaxis of bovine pasteurellosis both in animals with clinically apparent respiratory
signs and clinically healthy calves.

Abstract
By occurrence of pathological processes in area of distallic sites of finitenesses of animals the first reaction
give regional limoratic nodes, especially surfacial cervical and shankal. Therefore studying of limoratic
nodes of finitenesses has theoretical, and also practical value. Lymph nodes of reindeer are investigated
insufficiently.

Abstract
The article presents the data of our investigations in experimental reproduction of an aseptic inflammatory
process inside the dam of a female dog. The paper mentions the results of numerous clinic, ultrasonic researches
as well as hematological and biochemical blood tests and biochemical urine analysis made during
the progressive inflammatory process inside the she-dog dam. A homeopathic remedy «Mastometrine» is
proved to be therapeutically efficient in correcting pathological process.

withers, oblique body length, chest girth behind the shoulder blades, the depth and width of the chest behind
the shoulder blades , width maklokah width in the buttocks, Pastern), increased live weight of heifers,
increase the period of lactation, increased milk yield, increase in milk fat, protein, increasing the yield of

Abstract
Well-timed treatment of cows suffering from anaplasmosis and mastitis contributes to restoring milk
productivity. For increasing the efficiency of large horned cattle treatment from anaplasmosis it,s necessary
simultaneously with the use of antibiotics (medicaments of tetrasycle series with prolonged action) to use
medicaments possessing antianaemic, recovering and generally improving the health actions.

Abstract
The dates of sanitation (improvement of sanitary conditions) of infortunate with leucosis large horned
cattle farms depend on the length of infelicity period and the level of cattle being infected by the leucosis
virus of large horned cattle.
As the remount undergrowth at the age of 12 to 24 months old at the period of changing their physiological
status and changing resistance is found to have much bigger number of serological RID status of positive
animals, it`s necessary to subject them to more careful (multiple) serological investigation before entering
the main herd.
Executing the serological pressing permits to increase the diagnostical efficiency of RID at the period of
heifers and to prevent distributing the leucosis virus of large horned cattle infections at the period of their
productive use.

Abstract
The details of epidemiology of foot and mouth disease in Nepal was set out in this work. We studied the
spread of foot and mouth disease in the structure of main infectious and invasive diseases. We indentified
distribution of major serotypes of FMD virus. Revealed the extent of the disease in animals of different species
and their role in the epizootic. We identified the regional and ecozonal characteristics of this disease,
seasonality of the disease and we analyzed works for prophylactic and control of disease in Nepal. We develop
and propose recommendations for the prevention and control strategies of FMD for the veterinary service,
taking into account the peculiarities of the country.
