Abstract
Near 30 year ago B.N. Veprintsev put forward a general strategy for establishing genetic resource cryobanks
for biodiversity conservation, in addition to the traditional means for saving species such as captive breeding,
nature reservation, etc. Program of gene resourse cryopreservation in combination with development

The article presents the results of evolutionary and genetic analysis of different sheep breeds. In this con-nection, blood groups of two firstly tested breeds of Russian Federation (north-caucasian and kuibyshew kaya) -were compared. The gene-pool of these breeds was evaluated with a view of relationship between them and other tested breeds.

The cardiogram register in standard point is characterized by its variability, form and direction of teeth. Sagital points in calves are due to standard norms of electrocardiography theory. Abstract
In the given publication the data of research on influence levamisole on activity of an alkaline phosphatase of serum of dogs blood are submitted. The distinction of kind in levamisole suppression of activity of an al-kaline phosphatase in serum of blood obtained from an animal with diseases of bone, hepatobiliary and en-docrine systems are investigated. The capability of differentiated definition of activity bone, liver and Cor-ticosteroid-induced isoenzymes in non-fractionated serum of dogs blood with the help of levamisole test is analysed. The methodical recommendations for application of the test with levamisole for diagnostics hy-peradrenocorticism of dogs are given.

Abstract
The conducted here study demonstrated that diarin and lactic acid use did not influence negatively on poultry meat quality, which met the requirement of GOST, and did not differ from intact poultry meat. Moreover, above mentioned preparations increased poultry protective potency, and had growth-stimulating effect that leaded to producing capacity increase.

1. Specific antigens as well as IIFR-active rabbit sera (1:320) used For detecting anaplasma in biomaterial of tick-transmitters and antibodies in serum of cattle, infected with anaplasmosis, have been received.
2. Obtained serum can be used as indicator and identifkator of bovine anaplasmosis causative agent in IIFR and for studding antigenic and relative properties of bovine anaplasmosis causative agent and disease pathogenesis.
3. High diagnostic value of IIFR was confirmed practically. Using this method (in combination with light mycroscoping) 14% infected animals as well as anaplasmosis -carriers have been detected.

In Kaliningrad the widely-distributed species of freshwater molluscs from family Planorbidae is Planorbis planorbis, which is (he main intermediate host of Paramphistomideas here. The showing of their invasion with parthenites of Paramphistomideas makes up average 6,2% and it reaches maximum in August (7,0-9,2%). In natural conditions the process of embryonic and parthenogenetic development of Paramphisto-mideas takes place from the second part of april till October, especially rapidly - in July-August (miracidias

The mechanisms of influence of the intraperitoneal injection of rats by proline-reach polypeptide (PRP-1) three times to 10 mkg during 10 days on the state of prooxidarive activity metalloproteins in vivo are connected with the decrease of NADPH-depending superoxide-producing and increase of methemoglobin (metHb)-reducing activities of new isoforms of cytochrome (cyt) bS58HI from erythrocytes membranes (EM) and fraction of cyt. b558 from cells membranes (CM) of the tissues, including in immune protection (bone marrow, spleen, thymus). It is supposed, that these effects of PRP-1 are connected with the chelation of HO-radicals, and the «elevation» of the level of endogenous proline-rich polypeptide in the content of the cyt b558 molecule, as a receptor of exogenous PRP-1.
Thus, the metHb-reducing activity characterized cyt b558 of above indicated CM tissues, which is testified about the including of erythrocytes in immune protection, which is connected with the oxygen homeostasis.

The results on the researches on the Department State Budgetary Theme (# 040301-0-000) "Improving and introducing into the practice the contemporary methods and means for diagnostics, therapy and prevention of the infectious, invasive and common internal animal diseases" for 2001-2005 are presented.
