The results of our experiments on approbating the LOCATER Listeria test-system to detect Listerya in the
foods with ELISA are presented in the paper. LOCATER Listeria sensitivity in experiments was found to
be 102 microbial cells/ml. The test system being used in the experiments with the various Enterobacteriaceae
representatives proved to have a high specifity and reduce the experimental period up to 48 hrs.

It was determined that 64,4% of total of fishes struck. The most widespread were representatives of a genus

In 2006 with the help of serological tests IHAT and ICFT we surveyed serum of a blood of 85 homeless
dogs. During researches was revealed, that serum of a blood 41 of 85 (48,2%) dogs positively reacted in serological
