In the work presented monitoring of postoperative complications roll the stomach dogs, which showed that the prompt intervention of the early period after the beginning of wrapping in all cases, we observed a positive result. With increasing time, the number of complications and death of the animals in the postoperative period is increased due to the development of acute renal, cardiovascular insufficiency, and purulent complications and bleeding.

The article shows the results of experimental on determination of toxicity parameters of new antimicrobial chemotherapeutic medicinal product Flupetsal 1 % that contains Flurenizide. Flurenizide is new original antimicrobial chemotherapeutic medicinal product with antibiotic effect. It shows parameters of average lethal dose for laboratory animals in conversion of medicinal product and its active substance flurenizide and basic morphological and biochemical blood modifications according to chronic tests. According to received results the medicinal product belongs to the 4th toxicity class (nontoxic substances). Under conditions of chronic test performance it was determined that changes in morphological and biochemical blood indices of white rats independently on the dose of medicinal product.

The new methodological approaches to the extraction of main groups of biologically active compounds from pine (Pinus silvestris L.) needls were worked out. It is established that the infection rate of bovine immunodeficiency virus and bovine leukemia virus in farms of the Saratov region is rather high (68.7% and 65,2%, respectively), the combined infection by both retroviruses is registered in 52,5% of cases. It is shown that the number of carriers of bovine immunodeficiency virus in farms exceeds in 5,55 times the same at personal content. It is revealed that the clinical manifestations of immunodeficiency condition, confirmed by laboratory researches, are the most frequently recorded in cattle aged 5 - 10 years. It is proved that in bovine leukemia diagnostics, the molecular-genetic method (PCR) superior to sensitivity the serological method (RID) in 1.63 times.

As a growth promoter of Leptospira in production conditions have tested enzymatic hydrolysates from chicken embryos, fodder yeast, bananas and bran. The best effect on accumulation of bacterial mass, showed enzymatic hydrolyzate of bananas, with providing standard requirements for medium. From the bacterial mass of Leptospira, obtained on medium with the addition of this hydrolyzate, were released experimental series of polyvalent vaccine “VGNKI” against leptospirosis of animals and control series without adding of hydrolyzate. Both series have passed industrial inspection and completely correspond to the requirements stated in «Instructions on preparation and control of a polyvalent vaccine« VGNKI »against leptospira of animals», particularly, on indicators of harmlessness, sterility and activity.

In the article presents the results of comparative assessment of influence of some probiotic preparations on the formation of intestinal biocenosis piglets. It is established that the drugs help to increase the concentration lacto - and bifidobacteria, reduction of the number of Escherichia coli.

The use of probiotics «Sub-pro» and «Tsellobakterin» sows has a positive impact on the preservation and growth of suckling piglets. Hematological indices piglets at 60 days in the experimental groups after application sows› sub- space and «Tsellobakterina» were higher compared with the control group and remained within physiological limits.

The article presents data about the influence of E-selen on immune system of cows and sheep at administration of antiparasitic medicinal product Klozaverm-A. Conducted tests show that administration of Klozaverm-A in therapeutic dose (0,05 ml/kg) insignificantly influenced on non-specific resistance of ruminant animals. Temperate immune suppressive influence of antiparasitic medicinal product on organism was determined that appeared as modification of cell element activity of non-specific resistance (cows) and as gradual decrease of blood serum bactericidal activity (sheep). Administration of E-selen in dose of 0,02 ml/kg decreased immune suppressive influence of antiparasitic medicinal product that was the result of absence of significant changes of non-specific resistance indices.

The research of influence of the repeating antigenic stimulations of the hens by alive virus-vaccine on ability of whole blood cells of hens to generate active forms of oxygen (ROS) by method of luminol- and lucigenin depending chemiluminescence has revealed natural change of the kinetics of the respiratory explosion and decrease in an index of activation of production primary (O2-) and secondary (H2O2, OH-, HClO-) ROS in reply to antigenic stimulation in vitro with increase in number of immunizations. That testifies about decreasing in nonspecific resistance of an organism on a background of just forming specific immunity.

We have studied the interdependence between breathing activity of leukocytes and bacteriostatic properties of blood plasma with the activity of enzymes in the blood plasma for immunization of rabbits by staphylococci and liposome structures. It was shown that increasing of ALT, LDH and CK accompanied decrease bacteriostatic ability of plasma, and increased activity of alkaline phosphatase was accompanied the growth by bacteriostatic properties. In the process of immunization by different ways dynamics ALT and alkaline phosphatase were similar. It was shown that the enzyme activity and metabolism of leukocytes closely linked, but the toxins of Staphylococcus aureus changing nature of the relationship between enzymes and leukocytes.

The article presents the analysis of profitability of dairy farms in the Rostov region and the major factors which have a direct influence its level. Proposed a measures on increasing efficiency of cattle breeding.

A polymerase chain reaction protocol consisting of a multiplex to identify the cpa, cpbl, cpetx, cpi genes and a duplex to identify the cpe and cpb2 genes encoding for a, .1, ., . enterotoxin and .2 toxins, respectively, was applied to DNA extracted from four collections of Clostridium peifringens strains. Strains of the first collection were isolated from the feces of 43 healthy dogs. The second collection was obtained from the feces of 27 dogs with various lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. Third collection of isolates were obtained at autopsy from the bodies of seven dogs, and finally, the fourth collection of isolates obtained from the cavity of the uterus removed 12 dogs diagnosed with - «necrosis of the pregnant uterus.» Cpa gene responsible for synthesis of the toxin ., was detected in all the investigated samples of DNA. Genes cpb1, cpetx, cpi were not detected, and all isolates were identified as toksinotip A. The gene cpa, cpb2 gene, together with (the genotype of cpa + cpb2), was detected in 22 samples of DNA isolates of C. perfringens isolated from the feces of healthy dogs (51.2%), 5 isolates of DNA samples isolated from the feces of dogs with enteropathies (71.5%). However, in samples of DNA isolates obtained from the contents of necrotic uterus cpa + cpb2 genotype found only in one dog (8.3%) and in samples obtained during autopsies of dogs only in 5 out of 27 cases (18.5%).
