Abstract
Acute intoxication of rats with Aversekt-2 at a dose of 2 mg/kg is accompanied by the activation of phagocytosis and NBT-tests as well as with the formation of small-sized CICs associated with the development of a progressive leukopenia and an absolute lymphocytopenia. Introduction of betulin modified sorbent at a dose of 0,2 g/kg within 3 days after an acute intoxication with Aversekt-2 prevents the development of pronounced changes in rats’ hemogram and results in the formation of predominantly medium-sized CICs, as well as promotes decreasing hyperactive phagocytosis

Abstract
Studied the antimicrobial activity of ciprofloxacin against Escherichia coli, as well as the therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy in the model of experimental colibacillosis laboratory animals. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the drug against Escherichia coli was 0,01-0,47 g / ml. The minimum bactericidal concentration of ciprofloxacin MIC greater than 2-4 times. In experimental colibacillosis white mice most therapeutic activity has ciprofloxacin when administered at doses of 10 and 7.5 mg / kg body weight (active immunization). Maximum preventive effect observed with administration of the drug at a dose of 7.5 mg / kg for 1 hour prior to the infection of laboratory animals

Abstract
Persistent disadvantage of Central Black Earth Region of Russia on Rabies is caused by high rates synanthropization, and intra-and interspecific biocenotic contacts between foxes and raccoon dogs. Landscape features identified rabies by 58.4%. Trouble Lipetsk region and the whole of the average Russian region nidal rabies depended both on the characteristics of epizootic process in these areas, and the state of the disease in the neighboring regions. According to the results of molecular genetic analysis in the Central Black Earth region of Russia steppe common subgroup of the rabies virus, the circulation of which is supported by a fox. This class of viruses in Russia was isolated from the people.

Abstract
In the article the epizootic situation on rabies in one of the districts of the Kursk region (now it is the territory of the Belgorod region) is analyzed. The illness had a wide circulation, but for a variety of causes not all sick animals were registered, and dogs and cats in particular. A large number of vagrant dogs were the main reason for emergence and distribution of rabies, and rejection of any measures for their destruction. The first regulations on the prevention of disease and the rabies termination in the region were developed by the first congress of veterinarians of the Kursk region in 1894. According to these rules sick animals with rabies were killed immediately. All dogs and cats suspected of a disease of rabies, and also bitten by mad animals, were killed immediately too. In some years rabies in the district threatened to accept general character. All this suggested the need for urgent methods to combat the disease

Abstract
Gastroenteric illnesses at calfs have a wide circulation and, losses whioh put to animal industries by illnesses of a noncontagious pathology, considerably exceed those of infectious character. Principal causes of these diseases in economies of the North Caucasus judging to, on our researches, in the last two years are imbalance of feeding of uterus a livestock, untimely leaving and feeding of the received issue, infringement of zoohygienic norms of the maintenance and on this background development of conditional-pathogenic microflora. As a result of the spent researches gathering of database on disease of young growth of a horned cattle of current year births is made, in veterinary structures of five republics of the North Caucasus. The given analysis has shown that illnesses of a noncontagious pathology exceed diseases of infectious character more than three times (82 %). From the registered noncontagious illnesses of a horned cattle (142549 goals), about 40 % (56366 goals) make illnesses of digestive organs from which 32288 heads, or 45,6 % are made by young growth
