Abstract
Some demodex mites bioactive proteins are supposed to play important role in immunopathogenesis of demodicosis.
We tried to identify those proteins in Demodex bovis mites. Our results indicated that triplet of
proteins being obtained from Demodex bovis mites in 10 kDa area demonstrated some biological activity:
nonspecific IgG binding and peroxidase activity in particular. As a result of our investigations we suggested
that this triplet can produce immune complexes in affected host body.

young animals. PCR-test was used for the examination of 1358 cats kept in Voronezh. FeLV, FIV
and FFV genomes were demonstrated in 12,6%, 2,6% and 2,09% of the animals, respectively. Some animals
were positive for both FeLV and FIV (0,74%), FeLV and FFV (0,15%), FIV and FFV (0,14%). Most of the
FeLV, FIV and FFV positive patients were cats aged 1-6 years (64,6%). The FeLV vaccines (Eurifel FeLV
and RCPFeLV, Merial) are currently in wide use.

A description of the laboratory and field examination on an effectiveness of bactericidal foams for disinfection
in case of cattle tuberculosis is present in the paper. These examinations resulted in developing the regimes
and technology on disinfection of the objects under veterinary surveillance with bactericidal foams in
case of cattle tuberculosis. The bactericidal foams on a base of 2% Iodes solution and 2.5% Iodes solution
were found to be effective at 3 h and 24 h, respectively, with expenditure of 250-300 ml2 work solution.

Abstract
Astrakhan State University within the limits of the laboratory of biotechnologies is involved in research
work aimed at preservation of the gene pool of rare and threatened species of fish (sturgeon and salmon),
plants and animals of the Volgo-Caspian basin. The main purpose of the project is the creation and realization
of effective work of the international Caspian cryobank, actual recovery of biological resourses of
the Caspian region in all genetic and species diversity, which will make a significant scientific, practical and
economical contribution into the development of the industries of the Caspian Sea countries. The research
work is sponsored by the grant of the President of the Russian Federation aimed to support young Russian
scientists and the leading scientific schools of the Russian Federation and of the program START 06.

Abstract
As a result of the directed influence on a gene new genetic forms of animals are created. A problem of their
use and preservation including methods ex situ, costs not less sharply, than small species and breeds of animals.
It is established, that integration into a gene of an organism-owner of design WAP/hGH renders destabilizing
influence on its chromosomal complement that it is necessary to consider at preservation and duplication
