Abstract
This paper is devoted to the use of Geographical Information System (GIS technology) in analysis of
epizootic situation concerning African swine fever on the territory of the Russian Federation. Spatial spread
of the disease is shown on the territory of southern federal district as well as quantitative aspects of the
outbreak in domestic and wild swine livestock. Here you can find the evaluation data of basic reproduction
rate in the course of African swine fever with respect to infected animals and to registered outbreaks.

TB has a special place among the infectious diseases of cattle. Diagnosis of tuberculosis is complex with the
use of different methods. The purpose of the work - to study the diagnostic value of commercial test kits for
PCR-diagnosis of TB animals. As a result of the studies found that the commercial test-systems have the
same sensibility - M.bovis 10 cells in 0.1 ml of the sample, but different specificity. Real-time PCR has high

From October, 2008 up to January, 2009 103 probes of sera from the hens based at the integrated poultry
farms and household facilities various regions of Republic Tadjikistan were tested with purpose to reveal
antibodies to avian influenza H5N1 in HI and ELISA. Nonvaccinated poultry from several regions (Vakhdat,
Rasht, Shakhrinav) also were tested. Data received in HI and ELISA shows circulation of strains virus

New method for Chlamydophila pecorum genome detection based on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR)
was developed. It was demonstrated that Chl. pecorum population circulating in the territory of the Russian
Federation is characterized by high genetic heterogeneity. The examination of 390 samples (nasal swabs
of 0.5 - 7 - month - old calves) from 13 premises of 7 oblasts of the Central Federal Okrug showed that the
herd Chl. pecorum prevalence in calves was 92,3% and the individual prevalence was 22,7%. Statistically

Thus, the study performed has demonstrated that fracture healing is directly associated not only with adequate
treatment option, but with the duration from trauma to making reposition and fixation of bone fragments
as well. It has been revealed that in case of 3-day immobilization delay of forearm bone fragments the
